Sante Starace

Sante Starace was born in Verona in 1974. From the late 1990s he built a painting language of his own, held between the informal and the graphic.

In the early 2000s a meeting with the Croatian curator Ante Glibota marked a turning point. The years that followed took him between Holland and Spain, with frequent returns to Milan to work in interior design.

Today he lives between Italy and Palma de Mallorca, where he has found room for a freer direction in mark and colour.
